Vitrops ("we") provides a business operations platform. This page explains, in plain terms, how we handle your data.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the business data you enter into your workspace (contacts, orders, invoices, messages, etc.), and standard technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
Only to operate your workspace and provide the features you use. Your workspace data is isolated per tenant and is never sold. Integration credentials you connect are stored encrypted.
Sub-processors
We use infrastructure and AI providers to deliver features (e.g. database hosting and, where you enable it, AI generation). They process data only to provide their service.
Your rights
